Others are on issues related to performance and line management, eg, ‘Difficult conversations’ and ‘Performance reviews and appraisals’.
The formats are flexible (half-day, one-day, two-day), as are the delivery mechanisms (workshops, webinars, role play, ‘forum theatre’ actors, etc, etc).
