We’re proud to work with a diverse team of experienced and highly capable HR professionals, subject-matter experts, trainers and facilitators, coaches and mentors. Between them, they’ve encountered practically every imaginable HR issue.

For any requirement, therefore, we can usually offer a choice of trainer or consultant.

Andrew is a seasoned HR professional with significant UK and international experience at a senior level.

Adrienne Green

Adrienne leads for us in workplace psychology and employee well-being, with a focus on mental health.

Clare Joghee

Clare is our lead for organisational change and OD. Former Head of OD, L&D and Leadership Capability, NCA.

Gill Rouse

Gill has ‘big 4’ experience in HR, comms and change management, with a particular focus now on mediation.

Judeline Nicholas

Judeline leads for us on equality, diversity and inclusion. She works as a consultant and trainer across all sectors.

Kate Young

Kate is a very experienced communication and change consultant. She is a very popular trainer in these areas.

Katie Heath

Katie is a highly effective, non-directive, executive and career coach, with a very strong HR background.

Laura Walker

Laura specialises in talent management, organisation effectiveness, and learning and development.

Macarena Mata

Macarena specialises in mediation and conflict resolution, as a mediator, coach, trainer, assessor and supervisor.

Paul Meneely

Paul supports HR leaders looking to create a purposeful and value adding function within their organisation.

Rachel Coleman

Rachel has extensive HR and L&D business partner experience, put to good use as one of our most popular trainers.

Ruth George

Ruth specialises in organisational change (including mergers, acquisitions and integration work) and HR strategy.
