‘As MD of Bonfire CI, I have worked with Ruth since 2013 to help support our company’s HR commitment. Ruth’s advice has been a godsend at times in what can be a very challenging area of any business and she has held our hand tightly through some challenging issues. Although an external consultant, Ruth has been accepted as an integral part of our team by every employee within the business because she makes it her business to get to know the whole team and not just the board of Directors. This means that we can have our cake and eat it by having someone to call upon in times of need who is known by the whole team and accepted as part of our team. Ruth has also helped us to write elements of our staff handbook which further strengthened our commitments to the team. I’d highly recommend Ruth when it comes to any HR commitments and advise, you won’t be disappointed.’ – Jason Pearce MCSD, Managing Director & Founder, Bonfire Creative Intelligence

‘We have worked with Ruth on a consultancy basis on several occasions and always found her to be highly professional, personable and knowledgeable. She helped us create a suite of contracts for both our permanent and contract staff and has provided clarity around our responsibilities in terms of employee maternity rights. Thanks Ruth, it is a pleasure working with you.’ – Nicky Bryden, Clearplan Building Project Management

‘Ruth helps the Society for Occupational Medicine on an ongoing basis – providing HR advice, drafting contracts and most recently, facilitating a very effective team building away day. Ruth has excellent skills in HR, is friendly, professional and I would recommend her without hesitation.’ – Nick Pahl, CEO at Society of Occupational Medicine
